"There are good Starbucks and there are poorly run Starbucks. This one is very well run. Coffee is good & consistent. If you live in Germantown, it’s worth driving out of your way to this Starbucks. Avoid the one at Market Place in Collierville & Houston Levee. Both poorly run."

"I was there picking up a third party order. There were customers there as I arrived and there were also customers that came in after me that ordered via front counter. Upon arrival I let the staff know that I was there to pick up an order. I was told and pointed out that it was ready and just needed to be bagged. Ten minutes later I inquired again because I saw that the priority was paying customers first, even ones that came in behind me. The black lady at the front counter whom said that she was the masa’s very snarky, nasty, unconcerned, and rude! She said that they’ll bag it when the get a chance yet she wasn’t assisting anyone leaning down on the counter writing. I asked her name and let her know that I would be leaving a review via google and she said okay, it doesn’t matter very nonchalantly. Customer service needs to be improved greatly. Everyone should be treated as customers at all times. I normally frequent that location as a customer as that’s my neighborhood, however that experience has shown me a different side to how the treat every person"
