"Our waitress was a little slow on the refills but the place was super busy. We did witness customer service at its finest though when a customer and his son walked out after waiting 15 minutes with no service. The on shift manager chased them down to “right” the “wrong.”"
"We came in early on a Sunday morning, around 8, and the service was great! Their spin on breakfast potatoes were flavorful but didn't seem very fresh. The eggs were cooked exactly how we requested. They offer various coffees, from regular black coffee to cold brew and lattes. The caramel cinnamon smile latte was good and not too sweet! The price point is incredibly reasonable, and we will be back to try more!"
"This was our first visit. Be careful in the parking lot. The cafe is spacious and well lit, and it appeared to be clean. The hostess was the friendliest person in the place. The manager seemed to be mad at everyone. He needs to learn to speak quietly when he has customers. Half of the servers were not happy and had zero personality. They’re definitely not from the south. The food was good, but not great. It’s the same as Big Bad Breakfast. The Pancake Shop has the same quality and better prices, and friendlier people. Eggs Up Grill does offer a Veteran discount. Thank you."
"Clean place! I liked the look of the menu. I appreciate in a breakfast place that they offer a waffle with meat and eggs, not just the sweet. I could see into the kitchen, and one of the employees was chewing on something more than once. Service was provided in a good time. When I told the hostess I was alone, she asked if I wanted to sit at the bar, and jt came off as if I’d be occupying a table, otherwise. The server at the bar was attentive, if unhappy to be there. He provided the necessary condiments and napkins, without my having to ask. Another server came up and said she was taking a napkin and would get me another. It seemed to be close by, and I don’t mind, it was just unprofessional. I received what I ordered, except for maybe the topping on my waffle, not sure. The waffle was a bit dense, and the topping was a bit burnt. The bacon was cooked very nicely."
