"It's a decant park, I went to play Pokemon Go after parking on Germantown Road and was about a 20 min walk from where I park. The benches were a little worn but as far as scenery, appeal, cleanliness and outdoor feeling, definitely a cool park to go to."
"This park is a wonderful. The best thing about it is that it is named after my grandfather. He loved Germantown and was extremely active in the area growing from a rural farming community to a community of neighborhoods. He was instrumental in the building of the Catholic Church, Our Lady of Perpetual Help in the area. C.O. Franklin was a good man."
