"Knoxville office sales reps, promise you the world, till they have you money on their greedy hands. Everything has to be paid in full at the time you ask them to place order. But when it comes time to deliver, they drop the ball. We placed an order one month ahead when it was supposed to be delivered, we were told oh no I forgot to place your order. Horrible customer service & don't even bother contacting Headquarters they are even worse. We are from out of state, remodeling a home we purchased in Morristown,TN. I would not recommend Cabinets To Go to anyone moving to Tennessee from out of state or even living here permanently now. Take your money elsewhere. Trust me would be glad you when somewhere were they deliver what they promised. Do your homework prior to handling thousands of dollars to Cabinets To Go or any other business. Kicking ourselves on our behinds for trusting Cabinets To Go."
