"Honest, high-quality business. I came to Mathews-Carlsen to see if they could remove some old clear coating on my Mercedes SLK 2003. The coating was old and had deteriorated. They quoted me a price for the work which was quite reasonable. During the process to remove the clear coat, it required significant unexpected repainting which basically doubled the cost of the work. Instead of arguing with me over the cost, they kept to their original quote (which meant they lost money on the job). Their work was excellent. I found them friendly and easy to communicate with. And in today's world, their honesty was refreshing. I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend."
