"I can never get them on the phone. At first I thought it was a fluke, but it’s been consistent for the past 18 months or so. I get not being able to pick up on weekends, but the last few times I’ve tried them at like a Tuesday at 11, or Thursday at 1, over and over – no one answers. Death hold. Once I’m there, most of the staff is incredibly professional and friendly. But the inability to find out if they can take a walk-in (or how long I should prep to wait) is an ongoing frustration. Tire care is essential, and this business is central for many"
"Been a AT regular customer for 20 years. Why? Always great customer service. Yesterday 5pm found screw in my tire, they “squeezed” me in, and I appreciate that the crew was there :45 after they had close, helping not just me but a couple of other flat tire victims."
"Relatively easy to get an appointment given that we are approaching the holidays. The tires we ordered arrived very quickly. Service was fast, only took about an hour to get new tires changed. Reception was busy, but didn’t have to wait too long to pick up. Overall very satisfied with our experience and new tires!"

"This location is beyond too nice. Andrew took care of me and just beyond family like service. It was my first time here and will for sure come back for any tire needs. Came in at 12 as a walk in for a patch on a bmw x5 tire and promised time at 230 and car was done by 2. Highly recommend. Thanks Andrew and to the rest of the team."
