"My car started making a loud sound as I was visiting Palo Alto so I stopped to get it checked out. They were very nice and replaced my breaks the same day. They stayed open late to finish the job for me. The communication was great, I would recommend this place to anyone!"
"I brought our car in because it was hard to steer and I could hear a belt squeak. Multiple times when I called they hung up without saying anything. When I did get a hold of them they said I needed my power steering fluid pump replaced, which sounded plausible. When I picked up the car, it was just as hard to steer and the belt still squeaked. No improvement whatsoever. I went somewhere else and they quickly replaced the belt and now it's operating correctly."
"Sonny was the mechanic who took care of me. He was incredibly efficient, professional, and he genuinely seemed interested in helping me make the best decision (rather than just trying to get the most money out of me!). He ran the codes of my car for free when the engine light was on, and he gave good advice about next steps, estimate prices, and checked under the hood. He ended up recommending some additional advice because I had a rodent infestation. All in all found it to be great service and really positive experience."
