"Kurt and Scott had the ultimate patience and commitment to quality. During the torrential rains in early 2023, my 335i was swallowed by a lane-wide pothole. My suspension and steering had no chance. My once stellar insurance company, stalled, low balled, and flat out ignored requests from both Meissner and me. Shady suggestions like AutoZone parts are direct replacements for BMW M parts and such. It took 4 rounds of escalations and 10 months to get the car back whole. Meissner had my back the whole time. I doubt most shops would have had the patience to wait it out. I highly recommend them."

"Took my Jeep in to get some shocks replaced (3rd time i've used Meissner for work). They found a fault with the car with resulted in a broken weld which meant I had to take it to a Jeep dealer to get a specialist to review it. Hard at first to know who was at 'fault' but it turns out no fault of Meissner. The owner was good enough to call me back to check if everything was ok and gave me a refund for the work they did do. I really appreciate that as an independent workshop they were willing to make good and hence why I would use them again and continue to recommend them. Thank you!"
