"From my past visits, I enjoyed the good deals and the helpful customer service. However, my latest visit highlights a degradation in attentiveness, courtesy and overall customer service. To begin, most staff (5 persons) were at the front desk checking out customers. Considering it was not very busy, I thought it was odd not one employee was working the floor to tidy up the store and to help customers with questions and requests. This situation required myself and others to go ask the staff at the front desk for assistance. Once there, I had to get the attention of someone since I was essentially being ignored. The person who eventually acknowledged me happened to be the onsite manager. He gave a visible and audible sigh after I asked him for help. I was surprised he did that in front of the staff. However, I realized his subordinates have adopted his lackadaisical attitude and low energy effort and demeanor. It seems this manager and the employees at the time would rather socialize amongst themselves than do their jobs."

"Rude, obnoxious, miserable, unrealistic demanding employees. Went there and found few items which we want to buy, but the employee refused to give us access to the change room and suggested we buy them try the items in the Public bathroom of the mall. Seriously... Never again"

"Edwin the manager is LAZY, Just went in there, they told us to check with him if he had stock of a certain model of shirts that we is pilots use for uniform and we buy at least two dozen in a year, walked up to him, he was busy with a friend talking, and after he got done talking with his friend, I asked him about the shirts, he resorted to checking on his iPad and telling me that he had no stock whatsoever and didn’t even bother to go look, meanwhile my wife found them, the store wasn’t even busy, the busiest person there was the manager EDWIN talking to his friend."

"Visited this location while on vacation out of town. I wanted to make a purchase, but the employee “required” me to purchase a gift card for the amount of my purchase. Employee stated purchase was to be made online and refused to give back the gift card I paid for that made the purchase (just in case the purchase had issues). Of course you see where this is going...my order was conveniently “cancelled”. No credit was issued to me - the employee had the gift card! Pretty slick scam if I do say so myself. I phoned corporate, they referred me back to the store, I phoned the store and spoke with Roderick (the store manager) who assured me this was not a scam and he would resolve the issue promising to phone me back that afternoon. Roderick has had over a week - STILL NO CALL BACK. I phoned corporate customer service multiple times (which by the way is overseas and their is a SIGNIFICANT language barrier) and was finally able to convince them to issue a credit to my CC. This all could have been avoided - #1 - don’t shop at their stores or online with them or #2 - if you must, NEVER purchase their gift cards as they will fight you tooth and nail if the purchase goes south and they cancel the order due to lack of inventory (which is VERY common) to give you back your money. Fortunately in my case, I was persistent and demanded a credit on my CC and not a store credit. After this experience, you could not pay me to shop in one of their stores or online. This has all the makings of a scam. Had I not been persistent and wasted hours of my time, they would have kept my funds. Buyers Beware!!"
