"At 9:46 am on December 28, 2023, as I intended to engage in craft shopping, I observed an inconsistency at the establishment. While en route to the restroom, I encountered an employee exiting, despite the presence of a sign indicating that it was "out of order." Seeking clarification, I inquired with another staff member, who affirmed that the restroom was indeed "out of order." Instances where businesses communicate conflicting information can impact customer loyalty. In this instance, such discrepancies may influence my decision to patronize this establishment and may be conveyed within the crafting community. P.s. Doors were locked."

"I will never shop this store again! The last three times I have come in, items that are on sale do not ring up correctly with the discounts marked. When I question it at the register they tell me not to worry it will be adjusted at the end. (Why do some items reflect discount while being rung up and others do not?) I then review the receipt after leaving to find that, in fact, many items did not ring up correctly, without the 50% discount and on top of it my purchase of $89 (before taxes) only got a $10 credit for a coupon that reads $15 of your purchase of $75 or more. I have also had items ring up at a lower percentage off than what is marked. The last two times I brought it to the clerks attention I was only met with an attitude and just simply not knowing what to do about it or being capable of basic math. The manager was not much better and went on to tell me how complicated the adjustments would be. This time, the 3rd time I am just done with this company. Also, 2employees in the back talking and complaining about the scheduling and cussing. Not professional at all!!"
