"Large Home Depot. Huge wood department. Purchased some 2 x 4s x 6 feet long pieces. High-quality selection. Helpful employees. Organized & clean store. Seen lots of people asking questions, where is this & where can i pick up that.. Employees are very helpful & professional. Know what they are talkin about. Lots of employees at key positions.. check out, return desk, on floor. Well run company. Parking was busy. Garden area super busy on a sunny day. Loading dock was packed w customers loading trucks for home / work projects. Busiest store in area."

"I bought a GE high efficiency smart washer machine. It does not have cold water. I have called Home Depot to ask for a return. They do not accept returns on washer machines. I have called GE repair dept. and either they hang up on me or they use an excuse for not to repair it. I am very, very unhappy with this purchase."
