"This rating has nothing to do with the tech; he was great. Sears sets appointments and then can't keep to them. My appointment was for 8-12 and the tech showed up at 3:30. I had another appointment I couldn't cancel. Luckily, I don't work, so I didn't lose any money. The tech seemed upset when he first arrived. He had 8 calls. No wonder he wasn't there in the time given."
