"Very good experience. The service tech, Adam, did a great job and was knowledgeable, friendly, and careful. To comment on Sears Appliance Repair in general, the cost just to replace a pulley with a frozen bearing was $370 some dollars. For 45 minutes of work, that seems to me to be an excessive charge. If the cost had been a couple hundred dollars, it would be reasonable. Just my two cents."

"Our experience so far with Sears Appliance Repair has involved nothing but frustration and disappointment. We first requested our dishwasher repair back in early October, it is now November 21 and we still do not have a working dishwasher, due to Sears’ negligence. The first appointment resulted in a part needing to be ordered, the second appointment was rescheduled day-of and then cancelled by the technician during the rescheduled appointment window due to “car trouble”, and the third appointment, today, resulted in the technician installing the replacement part but not actually REPAIRING the dishwasher, as it still does not turn on. He left without any communication, and when we called Sears to inquire why they sent a receipt for repair for a still non-working dishwasher, we learned that the technician reported that the repair was “complete”. So six weeks later with no working dishwasher and all Sears could offer was to send the technician back nine days from now. Abysmal service."
