"Originally left a great review for smooth sales process. Editing now if I could leave a negative star I would. Dresser came damaged (their delivery protocol they just dropped it off and didn't open the box since we didn't pay extra for assembly). I opened the box right after they left and found the damage. Called immediately on 2/1 and spoke to different people all with different answers. Latest is that we wait 7 - 10 business days from 2/9 for a replacement part, and then schedule to replace. Original person said they can't do that for this piece. BTW, DO NOT fall for getting a store line of credit for a 5% discount. You will not be able to dispute a charge and your credit score takes a hit!"

Our salesperson was helpful, patient and helped us achieve the best pricing overall. (Sorry I don’t remember his name). It was a positive experience! And best of all, I don’t have to wait weeks/months to get it delivered!"

"I am totally disappointed with this store. We bought a table set and a sofa set. Thankfully they gave me the right table set. However, they gave me the “wrong color sofa set”. My family and I took our time to go to the store to choose our sofa set. This sofa set will be with us for a very long time. They deliver us the grayish sofas set, instead of the brown sofa set. I called every day, I went to the store. The sales person admitted that they accidentally deliver us the wrong color, however the manager was very rude to me, unprofessional. It’s been 3 weeks, we’ve been patiently waiting & calling. I’m not sure what else to do. My heart is broken, this store left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Ashley's furniture store has always been my to go place for my bedroom sets, living room set, kid’s bedroom set. I am So disappointed!!!. I’ve never experienced such a bad customer service. Now I’m stuck with a color I never choose. Why? I’m, I paying for your mistake."
