"We dropped off a DVD player and a surround sound player in OCTOBER 2022 and was told to we had to pay a $140 deposit. Was told work would be completed in SIX to EIGHT weeks. We've called many times and left messages. We've driven hours (we live in Julian) to see if anyone is available to tell us where these repairs (neither appliance would open to insert a disc) were complete. Once the man came to the door. Let us in and told us he'd been real busy and promised to get these done. It is now the middle of March. No calls back, despite leaving many messages on his phone as well as we drive down again and left another message on the recorder at his door last week. No call back. I strongly recommend not using this place as not only do they not repair and return your property, but apparently you have to pay up front for nothing. Not sure how to get our money and two appliances back."

"Ken fixed our Saeco Magic Comfort Plus espresso machine. Within a few days it was back up and running perfectly. It would not even turn on when we brought it in. He is very polite, thorough and very knowledgeable. We were given tips on how to maintain our machine so that it continues to work for a long time. We were happy to pay for the repairs and felt it was reasonable. Still enjoying that great coffee we love from this machine. Big thank you to Ken!"

"Great customer service and fast repair time. I had multiple problems with the wiring in my video game controller. A rare Chinese controller from the early 2000's that is very important to me and that has only one listing on ebay for over $1300 currently. That listing is the only controller for sale anywhere in the world. Due to that, I really needed this place to come through clutch. Ken had it ready in 2 days with everything repaired. He even took out the old cable and installed a stronger, longer one. However, when I took it home, half of it still wasn't working correctly, so I let Ken know and he told me to bring it in the next day, on a Saturday. He let me hook it up to one of his televisions and demonstrate the issue, which ended up being a problem with the carbon contacts connecting the button to the circuit board. NOT a problem with his work. His work was perfect. He told me it was an issue that happens with heavy use, then how I could easily fix the issue with carbon conductive paint and he showed me where to get the best product for it. He didn't charge me for any of this troubleshooting or advice. In the end, Ken charged me for less than an hour of work and was very kind and willing to help. I believe he is the only person to have worked on this kind of controller in the United States, making him the leading expert! Now, I can continue achieving world records with it. Thank you Ken"

"Ken is truly amazing! There’s nothing he can’t fix. I was recommended by Lou, of Lou Records, to take my turntable to All TV & Appliances for repairs. When I got there Ken had just repaired an espresso machine and the woman ahead of me was there to repair her iPhone. He diagnosed my turntable was off balance and made adjustments. He also showed me how to replace the stylus and adjust the balance. Since it was a quick fix, he didn’t even charge me. What a guy!"
