"Don’t buy anything from here. Not only do they have extremely short return windows (15 days), anything deemed a consumable will only qualify for store credit IF returned within the return window. I purchased a backup battery for my video camera, requesting curbside pickup on a Thursday evening about 5:30. After checking in and waiting 10 minutes I finally decided to walk into the store to grab my item. Always understaffed, I received a, “sorry for the wait”, but no other friendly vibes. Upon my return, 6 days later I was only offered store credit because my battery was deemed a consumable product, even when it was completely unused. No security stickers were present and the product and box were not damaged. What a SCAM! Buy your electronics from anywhere else but here. I’m seriously shocked Best Buy hasn’t gone out of business yet."

"Customer rep was awesome, quick in, quick out, shipped the Sony Bravia to the house and he met me out front in the rain so I could pull my car around for the sound bar. He gave an honest review of TV brand differences. Service was so good I added a sound bar and subwoofer."
