My wife and I had been to Verizon, looked at two other trendy solutions and then finally walked back into AT&T who we weren't loving, just to see what they had to offer. And then we met Breanna and our feelings on this tedious process changed forever. She listened to what we needed. She heard out our concerns and proposed solutions. She worked really quickly and gave us great recommendations. She held our hand through processes we didn't understand and educated us on how to best use our devices. We cannot recommend this store and Breanna enough. We drive out from Encinitas on the regular just to visit THIS location."
