"The drive up and go service was so disappointing. I am a first time customer. I am a caregiver and ordered groceries for my friends father. A blonde young kid gave me my groceries 7 minutes after I got there and they were so poorly bagged. He came to my car and with zero friendly customer service and had alcoholic breath when he asked for my code. My receipt was not given to me and the substitutions that’s were made—made no sense at all. Will not come back here again."
"The younger flower girl that was there provided horrible customer service full of her attitude. Never coming here again. Use to love coming for the fresh flowers. I’m going to Trader Joe’s from now on out. Stay away unless you want to be treated like you don’t matter as a customer."
