"Went into Oreck in Temecula with my old Hoover. Ted was working and it was such a pleasant experience. Not only did he fix my vacuum, he educated me on why bagless might not be the best vacuum for my allergies. So nice to deal with a local store that stands behind their products. I will definitely be back, as my Hoover is on its last leg. He said he would even give me an amazing deal on a trade in, how cool is that! But I was able to pick up an air purifier! "I’ve been coming to this location for years, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Although it has recently come under new ownership by Ted, a former employee, he continues to run the store with the same integrity and dedication to providing an excellent customer service experience that he previously demonstrated as a staff member. I brought my vacuum in earlier this week to be assessed and was helped by Ed, one of the customer service representatives. He quickly determined the problem and quoted a fair price. He resolved the issue and the vacuum was ready for pick up a few days later. I will continue to be a loyal customer."
