"Called Jorge today to trouble shoot my 19 yr old Kenmore washer which was wanting to "take a break" between loads. He asked some questions and then said that he suspects replacement would be needed of the main computer board. He suggested I save the $ on a service call and think about a new machine when it decides to completely quit. I appreciated his honesty!"
"We have used this company before. I had to fill out their online form but no one called to set an appointment that day. I called next day and we finally got them out the following day. They were quick and nice and found the part. Had to wait over the weekend for parts to come in. They came out promptly and fixed it once part came in 3 days later. $275 for replacing agitator. Kind of pricey but I’m glad it’s fixed. Jorge was a nice guy and did a good job."
"Great service and fast response. We hired SoCal Appliance to repair several appliances. They fixed our oven door and cleaned it, our dishwasher, dryer and microwave. We had a few small issues on each and decided to do all the work at once. Their rates were reasonable, and their experience, politeness and responsiveness really won us over. There might be cheaper services out there… we wouldn’t know, because they were so fast and responsive that we had an appointment booked with them right away. We are happy with the results and especially the follow up from George and his team. Very trustworthy service provider."
