"This sign seems pretty unambiguous. However the packages of chicken directly underneath this sign (partly visible but mostly cropped out) were priced at $1.69 per pound. I assumed the discount would be taken at the register but I was wrong. I don't understand why you would put non-sale items in an island refrigerator unit marked with a large, bright SALE sign unless you were actively hoping someone purchased the higher priced item by mistake. Shame."
