"Helpful staff, pleasant envronment, decor & fittings a little worn but reasonable. Good selection of popular book titles and periodicals. No longer carry newspapers but that I now pretty rare everywhere. Selection of coffees and snacks. Pretty much what B&N have done for years but they still do it pretty well."

"2013: When this store first opened it had helpful employees and was run with cleanliness in mind, even though outside along half of the stores' sidewalk it smells like a sewer. For the last 4+ years though the management treats their employees rudely, lets customers' kids trash books (pages torn out), people place food on the shelves, and steal. The worst part is the restrooms. The restroom smells and looks like an animal went wild in there...and on the first floor directly below the restrooms...-not kidding here- urine leaks from the ceiling to the first floor. I feel bad for the employees that have to deal with that instead of selling books to customers."

"Great atmosphere, and I wanna thank the cashier who helped me while I was checking out. From the small talk, we had to check on a manga that I kept checking. I'm bad with names it was on Tuesday around 2 pm. Thank you for the help. Isaac C doesn't give this type of service that the other cashier did. On a separate day Issac helped me out and with no one in line I asked him if he could help me check if a book was available and he proceeded to tell me to go to the information area. He then proceeded to say that recently received an update that doesn't allow them to check for books through the cashier register. I just hoped Issac didn't lie about not being able to check. I also noticed that he covered his name with a piece of paper. Sure, he has a name tag, but why cover your name?"

"I went in for one item and left spending about a $1k on gifts for my family lol. The cashier was very helpful by informing me with their extra discount specials they had for new members signing up with Barnes & Noble. I will continue to come here and buy books and gifts for my family."
