"I was very disappointed with this store. The staff in the orange outlet mall zumiez staff were some of the best, very helpful and helped with finding my items. In the store i witnessed a younger male who should definitely not be working in customer service. I saw him shout across the store aggressively at someone who was using a step to try and find there size and when i went to check the price of a item on the wall and was told to ‘back off man get away’ becuase the item was near the checkout but was not made clear. Was very surprised with this incredibly rude interaction especially since the other branch was so helpful and friendly."

"The employees were all acting like children rather than being on a shift at work, yelling across the story about what song was on, what song to put next, dissing one another, swearing and even going on top to the tables that contained store clothing and dancing or something. Overall I felt very uncomfortable and left immediately when I saw then dancing and shouting. If they wanted to have a get together then it should have not been while they were working and customers in the store. I didn't even finish checking the rest of the items in the store for how uncomfortable it was."

"I came in here with my twin daughters to buy them a few sweaters very trendy or body here has about themselves all me my daughters like the feel the sweaters price was OK nothing to be squeamish about bads as we were waiting to be helped at the register one thing I did not like was the music That was playing It was a song that had The N word that was being repeated over and over not type of music that should be playing Over the loud speaker when most of the whole store was about families and young teens and young kids when did this become so normal not coming to this store ever again until they clean up their act Me spending a couple $100 here is in gonna hurt a business but if we all dislike that kind of environment we should all avoid places like this to make a statement"
