"I came to shop today after searching the store with my family I went to stand in fitting room line and the employee told us at 6:00 pm , 2 hours before closing that they are closing the fitting room. They expect customers shop without try it on first. U asked the manager they said they don’t have anyone to cover fitting room while they had plenty of staff over there. After I went in I told my wife to come and check the pants I intended to buy but they told me I have to go outside and show it to her . They didn’t let her to come I . I would give them 0 if I could for their customer service."
"Spent 30 minutes carefully looking around this store, only to find out that they are not allowing anyone to try on clothes. Told me I could return anything I didn’t like. I don’t need another errand on my to do list. Really disappointed to waste the small amount of time I had to shop."
"Staff closed at least 30 minutes early, and then proceeded to ignore around a dozen people knocking on the door and trying to enter the store. No one even came to explain the reason for the early closure, the 7 employees (including who I assume is the manager) just stood there in plain sight ignoring everyone outside."
