"Went in looking for a set of rotors and brake pads knowing they would need to be ordered from another location and was assured they would be sent to Redlands store and available by 10 A.M. the following day but was expected to purchase them before order was even delivered...which is a first for me ANYWHERE and I say this as a DIY mechanic whom frequents auto parts stores on a weekly basis...I reluctantly paid and even went as far as waiting til 5 pm the following day to avoid any unfulfilled expectations I may have been lead to believe..I shouldn't have to mention that getting to a store in your only vehicle that is in urgent need of repair is a dreadful mission but to come a 3rd time in 2 days to be told the brake pads never arrived..Im disappointed obviously...I did everything on my end in ADVANCE....least I should be granted in return is quality service in a fair amount of time that I was told it would take and not 4 rotor grinding trips to finally get what I blindly paid for."
