"St. Helena Safeway, I have been a customer at this Safeway for 40 years. The last 3 to 4 years has been a serious challenge. The check out service is very poorly maintained with only 2 employees ,very slow, but curtious. Self check out is not a solution. There is never any help in grocery isles, dairy or liquor area. Produce area MAY have one employee available, less than helpfull. The Deli area usually has one employee, very overwhelmed. I have never observed a visible evidence of a manager. Tim Doran"

"I came out here for a trip and this grocery store manager and employee of the name Anthony totally ruined my trip. I totally understand that the whole group has to have ID so we went back to our hotel to leave the kids and went back and they didn’t want to sell us alcohol? Not only that at the register they had napkins and I was grabbing a couple and Anthony rudely snatched the napkins away. The 1 star is too much to rate."

"Today i buy a stack with water Aquafina and the taste of the water is on plastic! I am almoat sure that is because the water was left for a long time on direct sunlight , because the exp. date is ok ! PLEASE! DO NOT LEAVE THE WATER ON DIRECT SUNLIGHT!!! THANKS! Or if you guys do so drink it yourself!"
