"Wonderful experience. Staff was amazing and friendly. In particular a staff member named Gus was really fun with our kids. Little things like that make a big difference. Now our kids want to return because they felt so welcomed. Cochin our server was excellent as well. Will be back for sure!"
"I got the California eggs Benedict with hash browns. The benedicts were delicious but the potatoes were lacking and bland. The coffee and the latte was great. The price is reasonable for the quality that you are getting. The staff was kind and very attentive"
"Friendly, consistent, and comfortable breakfast / lunch spot...right in the heart of St. Helena. Fast, efficient, and no frills service. Not cheap, but considering location and portions, there will be no complaints from me. You can have mimosas or beer with breakfast too. Save room for a decent selection of baked goods. Beware: cinnamon roll comes with side of butter. All benedict choices are excellent. Diner style patty melt is worth the early calories too. They are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so plan your schedule accordingly."
"We stopped at Gillwoods for breakfast on our way out of town. It was delicious! We sat at a table nestled in the window so we could watch the action in downtown St Helena. The coffee was great, service was attentive, and our food was delicious. If you are also gluten free, they have a lot of gluten free options including waffles and pancakes that were incredible!"
