Super bad management and more importantly lack of caring about customer service and time management."
"This is my go to place for servicing my Lexus. It is only a mile away from my house and I can get all the work done here quickly without having to drive all the way to San Jose. They now provide a ride for you to get home through Lyft or Uber which is a lot more convenient then the shuttle. Ernesto is fantastic and he got my car out of the shop in record time. I had the left CV boot replaced and it looked clean and well done."
