"Terrible business! Absolutely Worst should be shut down immediately very very inconsiderate and rude . The worst place to go in town to rent for an event !! Me & my boyfriend had a wedding to attend to that unfortunately got cancelled. He rented a tux from this company not only did they charge him an absurd amount of cash $ but did not even notify him when it arrived. When he got there to let them know it got canceled they would not give him a refund or even his deposit back . Then he asked if he could just take the tux then for pictures and bring it back when it needs to be . She said No because there was still a balance left due on it . There was no communication at all ! My boyfriend already paid $250 to RENT this tux and they didn’t notify him that it arrived or anything and we’re still asking for more money $$ and would not give him a refund or a deposit back as well . Despite the policies they have with the company they rent tuxs from they should inform people and that shouldn’t be placed on the customers problem !! The owner and the other lady were definitely trying to rip us off completely. Mind you I have Had other people I know Come to this place and the fittings and colors are wrong and they always try to charge extra even though it was never clarified from the beginning. I hope You’re business gets shut down ! This is sad ."

"This place definetly over charges for what they do. I took my wedding dress here to get altered they said it would take a week we called they said come at 5pm we came sat for 45 mins with no one coming to help us or acknowledge us, finally she comes out with the dress and it was not good luckily she hadn’t sewn it all on yet but nothing had been done she said to come back in two days and it would be finished overall I would say save yourself a trip and don’t go to this place they are very unprofessional and do not have good customer service."

"This was the first PROM since the pandemic and my sons only PROM. We do not live in Ukiah, each time we travel there it is about 40 minutes. To make a very long story short they measured my son's waist a 40 and his waist is a 30. I thought that was the whole point for them making money is to MEASURE. Well we picked up the Tux and by the time we were home they were CLOSED without a voicemail box, cell phone, or email to contact anyone. MY Son had to go to the PROM with 40 inch pants. We tried to use a belt with no loops in the Tux pants. WHAT A DISASTER this was. I AM FURIOUS."

"have been calling since 1030am - no one has answered and their voicemail is full.... Between that and their website, I believe this place is no longer in business. Either that, or, really poor management Edit : so they are open, they just have no professionalism. I've been here for almost 20 minutes without even being asked what I was here for. Then was told someone would be right with me... That was about 10 mins ago now."

"This place almost ruined a beautiful dress I'd purchased for my son's wedding. They did not measure the hem, sewed it totally crooked, and with stitching too small for its knitted fabric. I was lucky to find someone willing to fix it. I had two witnesses as to the crooked hem, yet rather than refund my money, they've refused to return phone calls. My new seamstress informed me that I wasn't the first persons to take something to her that this business had botched."
