"90% of the people that work there don't know anything about anything. The only person I like to deal with in there is Jake that is usually in the garden department other than that it is a complete waste of time trying to get help there."
"Absolutely awful customer service In every department! I just called to inquire about my order of trim and was told (after waiting 5 minutes on hold) very rudely "I'm on lunch, call friedmans" by the hardware tech ans then being hung up on. I am canceling my multi thousand dollar order and doing just that."
"Good selection for a big box hardware store but the store seems messy, shelves unorganized, lot of out of stock items, Nearly impossible to find an employee to assist with questions. I much prefer Friedman's or Lowes over HD any day."
"I was not able to go and check the garden out but if its like it has been in the past years, I bet it looks nice and green. All you can see it's flowers blooming with so many different and attractive colors. Thankx Home depot!!!!"
"Very clean and organized, the price is fair most of the time, the only problem is, they are kind of understaffed, so if you need some help, sometimes you have to wait for a while. And during holiday , or any big sale event, it's getting worse and it's extremely hard to get a service done. However, I know my way around here, and the return is usually problem free, so I still give them 4 stars."
