"I am a middle aged woman looking for a new foundation. The first sales associate tried to help but did not ask enough questions to understand my skin needs. Subsequently I therefore purchased the wrong type of foundation for my skin. When I went to exchange it, I was met with a young sales person who didn't really seem that interested in helping me sort it all out. I was hoping for a exchange and to purchased a few other items. I instead returned my item, came home and ordered it on the internet. I would've rather purchased it locally but by someone who wanted to help me choose which items were best for me. This location needs to work on customer service."

We Are Perfect in Our Own Way:

"Love this department store! They now have Sephora at this location! I did order my daughter a backpack off the app over a week ago, it was originally supposed to be here Saturday before school started, which would have been perfect, however, it's now 3days later than the original arrival date & my daughter is going to school without a backpack. Upset at the situation, I know things happen, but it should not take almost 2 weeks to get her from wherever its coming! I've had stuff shipped from over seas that made it here quicker."
