"Failed to properly send in any paperwork and thus their still the lienholder on a vehicle I bought weeks ago. Repeatedly said the vehicle was in complete working condition and up to state standards. Had a maintenance light on when I got there, they said it was oil and they'll change it now. They changed it but said the light wouldn't turn off but oils good. Not a big issue but a little worrying. Then after purchase he hands me a safety check paper to take to the mechanic so he could show me its all good. The first thing he tested was the headlights which didn't work. 30 mins later I start driving and no issues, but get home and pop the hood to make sure its still okay after the drive. It was, but because the frame is broken in the front the hood needs to be slammed closed(they also told me they'd fix this after the oil), after slamming it shut coolant sprayed out its cap and after opening it we learned there's oil in the coolant. Contacted them the same day, and they wanted me to bring it back(not drivable that far anymore). They said in-store that if it was brought back in, repairs wouldn't be covered, so disregard the owners response to this below. Not once was the word free said or suggested in any email nor in-store. Either they botched the oil change and tried to screw me over, or they sold me a broken car after ensuring to both me and my father the engine will last a long time. Owner was good salesman but if the cars abnormally cheap, there's a reason why."

"This is an interesting spot to look at cars. It combines consignment ones with others owned by the company. Responsive management and lots of options to choose from. I’m currently working at possibly buying something from them. I’ll update if I do."

"These guys are con artists. I went in there and spent over a week inspecting a vehicle that I was considering. When I finally was ready to pull the trigger on the purchase, I mentioned the few cosmetic things and maintenance questions I had. They then DOUBLED the cost of the vehicle and told me I was mistaken about the price because the car was actually mislabeled. I have a pic that I could upload but it's not. After a week of talking about buying it and it was a car that was suggested to me, by them, for my price range! Needless to say that was last they will ever see of me."
