"Their clothes that they get for free is priced way too high, I can't afford to get clothes from them, they charge the same as Walmart and Ross, so ill just go there for unused clothes"

"I cannot understand how there continuously full and not accepting donations and yet the shelves are never fully stocked. It just doesn’t make sense why they have so much garbage and so little of anything that’s actually nice. Everything is overpriced and obviously cherry picked."

"Absolutely ridiculous they took out their dressing rooms so you can't try anything on they suggest wearing a skirt so you can try it on underneath inside the store. Used clothing is there for a reason it's either has been shrunk or over worn or mislabeled and needs to be tried on to make sure it fits removing a dressing room removes your patrons from the capability of knowing if something fits completely useless and pointless store."
