"Update, the bottom was my original experience. I just came again today, and Aaron helped me. The boots I've worn for 20 years give or take is no longer made. He helped in every way until I was satisfied. Thanks Aaron. I’ve been coming to Elliot’s for years. They are always friendly and helpful. But I always went to the western av location. "My Girlfriend, her boys and I recently went to Elliott's Boots Shoes and Sandals on Campbell Station Road, in Farragut (which is part of Knoxville, TN technically). We were shopping for the boys, they needed Shoes for School, Hoka is there brand for the foot problems. I personally love Wolverine Work Boots and my Girlfriend prefers KEEN Hiking Boots. The boys like Hoka and Salewa shoes. This location on Campbell Station is nice, lots of space to move around especially if your in a wheelchair like I am. I had no problem parking right outside the door in a Handicap space and no problems with Store entry either. Their store is clean and organized too. The Staff are friendly & helpful."
"Terrible customer service. I decided to shop at Elliot’s because I like to spend my money locally. I needed new composite toe boots for an upcoming job. I order them through Elliot’s a month before I needed them. After 25 days and 2 incorrect boots later, I said I’d still be will to purchase through them if they could make it right. They said there is nothing they could do for me. I now I have to buy online through the manufacturer with 1 day shipping in order to get my boots in time. I will never be shopping at Elliot’s again."
"Honestly my rating is zero stars. I spent about 30 minutes milling around boxes of western boots looking for my size. I finally found a perfect pair of Tony Lamas for $587.00. Since all of the associates were busy leaning on the counter, none of which even acknowledged me entering the store, I decided to note the model and size to order online from a different supplier."
