"Place an order for drive up pick up. It was only a few things and I sat there and waited for 30 minutes until I finally just went in and grabbed it myself. Unbelievable. I could’ve just gone in and grabbed what I needed in 10 minutes. I was trying to save time, but lesson learned never again."
"This location is okay. Went in specifically looking for motor oil. I haven't been to this location in years so I had to ask an employee. The guy just pointed and said down that way. Wasn't very helpful. I eventually found it, but will definitely be shopping at the location closer to my home from now on."
"Visited just now at 9:00pm on 1/17/24. There was one employee running the entire front of the store. He spent all of his time chatting with his friends that were hanging out near the self checkout lanes. The entire store smelled of sewage but it got REALLY bad at the bank of the store. The floors were filthy and the shelves looked like a third world country. If you're gonna get hate crimed in Franklin, it's gonna happen at this Kroger."
"I placed a curbside order on Friday, January 12th at 10 a.m to pick up on Saturday at 4:00 p.m. I received a texted that it would be 4:30 p.m. before it would be ready which was fine however when I got to the store to pick up the order I was told it hadn't been started and would be at least 2 hours before it would be ready. I work in Franklin but live 30 miles away so it's not like I can just go home and come back. I spend no less than $250 per week on groceries and this is the best they can do? There have been too many mistakes with orders here lately. After this most recent event I will be shopping somewhere else and encourage anyone else that will listen to do the same."
"I ordered a Starbucks, online, I waited like 10 minutes for someone to show up after some me cam from UNDER the counter, he sent me to customer service, where I waited for another 5 minutes, I got tired of waiting so I left and then call the store to request the refund, in a very rudely way I was told to come inside after I asked for an explanation I was told to sneak to a manager and automatically I was put in hold… waited for 3-5 minutes as I didn’t know if was waiting for a manager or just put in hold to get rid of me"
