"Bought a headunit for my truck(200$). Doesn't power up. Used multimeter to see if it was getting power sure enough it was. Headunit is defective. I had my receipt, a week later. And they said sorry for your bad luck. Pretty weird that your just taking a chance buying anything from a place that does business like this."

"I called Electronic Express in Cool Springs to inquire about a new refrigerator. Devin was very patient with my many questions and took the time to answer each one of them. When I made it to the store a couple of days later, I spoke with Evan. He was busy with another customer, but still excused himself and took the time to get Chandler to come help me. Chandler was great. He listened to the brand and the features I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. We discussed the pros and cons of a couple of different styles. He showed me a model that had everything I had asked for, however it had recessed pulls. I need a refrigerator with handles vs the more modern pulls. Chandler was able to find the same refrigerator with all the features I wanted, but with the handles for me. This was on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day. He arranged delivery for Labor Day Monday. After the refrigerator arrived on time, I had another question and Matt was kind enough to help direct me in the right direction. I am happy with my purchase and the excellent service I received from this team of gentlemen."
