"I had a bath faucet over 15 years old that leaked bad badly. Went to Ferguson and James Wells went above and beyond in helping me. They did not have the parts I needed but he said he would find it for me. I left the store and two days later he called and located it for me. He gave me the contact information and I placed the order. It came in and fit perfectly. . There was no charge for all the effort Mr Wells did and seemed as happy to help if I ever needed anything else. I’m a customer for life now."

"Called to see if they had a general sheet of fiberglass gasket to replace the failed one on my heating units inducer. Was told they can’t sell to me because I don’t have an EPA license… what a joke… Called a competitor that could order it for me but advised me I could just high heat permatex in its place.
