"Craving berry chantilly cake - it seems to have changed since I had it a while back. Wasn't terrible, just wasn't as good and light and fluffy as before. No pizza on the pizza bar and limited selection on the hot bar. The items available looked like they'd been there for a very long while. Salad bar was plentiful but "picked over"."

"Whole Foods in cool springs is always clean, the staff are always kind and friendly and super helpful. The Sonoma chicken salad is the best. And they always have really wonderful salad options in the case - best and easiest meal prep for the week."

"One star for having only one human check out line. When I get off from work, I am tired. I am in a hurry. I need to get in and get out so I can go home and feed my family. There was a long line at both the self check out and the one human check out. Then I had to have a code and a this and a that … and trying to just juggle the dang groceries to try to get self checked out. Meanwhile you had plenty of employees walking around the store looking not very busy. If I am going to pay $7 for a small pack of blackberries, for example, I expect service to come with the high prices. Is that too much to ask? Kroger has better service and WAY better prices on organics. Please do better. This location is right on my path to go home. I want to use your store. But, I want to go home happily from your store, not annoyed. Oh, and PS - please keep things stocked. So many staples sold out or nearly sold out today."

"The Deli counter is excellent. It has an impressive variety of recipes. I especially enjoyed the chicken scallopini. But the salad bar needs improvement. When I see the salad bar at 11:00 each day, it looks fabulous. Splendid! But by 5 pm each day, the vegetable and fruit trays are empty or running low. It doesn't look like anyone is maintaining the salad bar in the late afternoon."

"I honestly have no complaints about this Whole Foods!! I lived in Green Hills for years and did all my shopping at the Green Hills location but after visiting the Cool Springs store I noticed that they have some products here that the Green Hills location does not.. The employees have always been nothing but friendly and helpful.. The store is generally clean and their products are organized.. The prices aren’t shockingly expensive, but you’re always going to pay a premium for “health food”.. And you definitely get what you pay for.. The produce here is some of the best around.. Fresh and clean, with many organic and local options.. If you don’t find the juice or drink you’re looking for just visit the in-house juice bar and order yours just the way you like it!! There’s plenty of prepared food here, from the salad and hot bars, to sushi and pizza.. The bakery always has something fresh and appealing.. There’s a great coffee shop and even a full bar at this location.. If you’re looking for something more substantial for dinner check the menu by the bar.. Many reasonably priced healthy dishes are made to order.. Clean bathrooms and a lounge area to sit and have a cup of coffee or a meal before shopping.. If you live south of Nashville and you’re looking for a place to get all of the healthier food supplies on your list, this is definitely the place for you!!"
