"I went here to get gas this afternoon and after pulling up to pump 5 I realized it was going extremely slow, taking well over a minute to get just shy of a gallon. Because it was so cold outside I cut my losses and just decided to stop pumping. After getting in my car, I noticed that the amount of gas I purchased, albeit small, was not showing in my tank as my car tells me how many miles of gas I have left and there was no increase. When I informed the lady inside of my concern that the pump wasn't working she was Extremely rude and said that I was reading my cars gas gauge incorrectly and said there was no issue with the pump and I received the gas I paid for. If I had spent more than the $2 something I did I would have been furious about not receiving any gas granted I guess the pump acting so slow was a blessing in disguise and saved me from whatever fraudulent activity is going on here."
"Today I Went In To Purchase Gas And That Cashier My-vo Is Very Rude This Isn’t The First Run In I’ve Had With Her I Asked For Someone Over Her And She Wouldn’t Give Me The Information She Shouldn’t Work There If She Doesn’t Have Great Customer Service Skills I Would Love To Speak To A Manager!"
"I love this store except for one issue I have seen repeatedly on here. A staff member named Mary (long hair and glasses) she is very rude to guest and gives them rude looks and snaps at people, no patience whatsoever. This needs to change the other staff do not deserve this"
"i go to this 7/11 almost every day being that i work down the street . i went in today and usually the workers are very polite but today there were two older lady’s one of them was very sweet but the other taller lady was very rude she has longish hair and glasses she was also very rude to the ladies before me that she made them spill they’re coffee !! she threw my money at me im very disappointed in the service i received the lady was soo curt and rude . soo sad ."
"Extremely useful convenient store. Has more stuff than a regular 7-11. Staff are pleasant. Not that busy."
