From her welcoming “hello how are you “to her attentiveness of her customers.. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! 10/10 hands down! To be completely honest I stopped coming to this Southlake location due to past poor experiences and was treated very rudely. I’m BEYOND ecstatic I gave it ( this particular location)another chance ! Lanisha and her team are a TRUE example of genuine customer service!! STRONG Assets as such representing their company are rare these days it seems to come across .
