"I have been to the one in North Park and the one in Southlake looking for things for teenage boys and they were a big help."
"Not a great experience at the South lake location. We came in for exchanging an item, the store employee (girl) didn't even acknowledge us, when my son 3yr old needed to use the restroom, she mentioned that there was no restroom in the store and we needed to walk back to the Starbucks store to use the restroom."
"Nasty employee! They have no empathy. My husband had an emergency and had to use the washroom. They were so rude when we were told they don’t have a washroom and we could walk the one block to Starbucks to use it. I can understand if their restrooms are for employees only but there is something to be said for the lack of human decency. Tesla next door was kind enough to let us use their restroom."
"Like other reviewers, I too had negative interactions with the older woman with blonde hair. This was on two separate shopping trips. She has no business working in a customer service role. She does not know how to interact with people. She’s rude and unpleasant. Unfortunately, I think she is the manager."
