"It’s a shame that this is the most conveniently located Loft for me. The majority of the employees here are older, ignorant, white women who clearly rather help white women only. I’ve encountered the difference on several occasions over the past 3 years. You can just stand by in a corner and watch how they clearly treat customers differently. Loft has given me a generous credit card limit that I don’t care to ever use any longer."
"On June 30th at 5:00pm, One sales associate was racist to the customer and very rude. They don't even know what they're doing. I was showing the phone for a coupon to order online in LOFT but it wont take it and the price was different with what I had in my shopping bag in online so I tried explain to her but she didnt listen she was saying I brought chinese phone so thats why different price I have. I was asking her name then she ignored me and walk away from me. I never seen like her in Loft store."

"Standing at the dressing room with a pair of jeans to try on. I've gained a lot and then lost some weight and need a new pair of jeans for my trip to Napa tomorrow. Already feeling vulnerable about having yo try on jeans... One sales associate looks up at me as she is telling another sales associate that someone important is there so to make sure and give great customer service... and then walks past me. Then the other girl looks at me as she walks by to put stuff away. Not one of them bothered to say I could just go into any dressing room. So I stood there for a minute and figured it out on my own. Yes my hair was a mess and I was in sweatpants but my money works just the same as anyone else so it was disappointing to be treated like I didn't exist when they simply could have said as they walked by that I could pick any room and to let them know if I needed help (or any other typical thing one says when someone goes into a dressing room). Maybe instead of worrying about giving "top notch" service to the one important person as the girl in the claw clip said, you should focus on giving EVERYONE a great experience."
