"Zero stars. 1 employee in the whole store at 2:15 pm on a Saturday 8/19/23. The only option is self-checkout and of course the two items I had weren’t ringing up in their self checkout machine. I turned to the apathetic customer service lady for help and she literally told ME to go back (all the way to the back of the store) and find a different one so I could try that bar code. Instead of offering to either help or ring the item in herself for the $5 price. (really I’m supposed to work this hard to check out and pay? She works here, I don’t. ) she said I can’t leave my station. But you can stand there, and be completely unhelpful. Got it. She also refused to help ring up my drink that was also having scanning issues. I left all my items and won’t be back ever."
"They were so nice when they pierced my ears! It was super quick and they were very friendly and informative! Also shopped around for other things, and they have everything! I recommend it to anyone that goes there!"
