"I should have read the reviews! I ordered a birthday arrangement for my grandfather (turning 89) and surprise surprise, the arrangement WAS NOT delivered. When I called the next day to check the status, no one answered my call. I left multiple messages and heard NOTHING. Don't waste your time or money. I am surprised this establishment is still in operation."

"I should have read the reviews! I placed my order and had it set up to be delivered on Feb 14th, 2024. When I called to check on the status was told my delivery could be as late as 10pm because it was residential. Well, I waited to 10pm with nothing ever showing up and when I tracked my order, it shows up as received by store but not made or out for delivery. Not sure what happened. When it comes to your mission " TO WOW ME", you guys fell short like way short. What is your Certified Happiness commitment? I don't know what it is, but it isn't what you guys have posted. I for damn sure am not happy at all."

"This location is horrible and doesn’t deserve any stars. My boyfriend who lives out of state placed an online order for me on February 6, 2024 to be delivered today on Valentines Day February 14, 2024 and they didn’t even show up to deliver my order which is unacceptable. They didn’t call or anything stating the order will be delayed or not delivered today but they charged my boyfriend’s card and took their payment. When he tried to call to see where was my delivery of course you get an automated system and they had the audacity to be closed before 8pm today with no explanation of my delivery whereabouts. That’s unprofessional and bad business and since I didn’t receive my Valentines Day order today like I should have my boyfriend should receive a full refund and we will never do business with this location again and I will let everyone I know not to do business with this location because of the lack of professionalism and customer satisfaction."

"Very disappointed in the service from this location. I always order Edible Arrangements as gifts for friends and family and most locations are awesome, but this location deserves negative stars. A simple fruit arrangement was ordered nothing fancy, but they were a no show on the delivery date and did not return any calls inquiring on my order. Finally they delivered after they closed the next day and has yet to respond to questions on what happened to my order. If you call them be prepared to hear a voice recording and no live interactions. Be warned if you dare to try them!!!"

"Do NOT ORDER from this location! If I can leave less than 1 star, I would. My office placed an online order for a $200 birthday arrangement. Received an email confirmation with a pickup time for curbside. I decided to get down myself instead. When I got there the lady had no idea about my order. Claimed they only do "admin work" at this location. Took me to the back to show me her computer that showed "0" orders. She stated that corporate hadn't sent her any holiday items. I told her again that it was for a birthday. Never found my order nor even had Internet at this location. Still waiting on a call back because we ended up cancelling."
