"The Last Straw Florist is actually off Brook Hallow and 281 sharing a parking lot with HEB. Look for a business with a big Green Frog sign next door. The second location of the florist is 9822 Potranco #111. This is a small florist which specializes in weddings and is fairly close to Porter Loring North on Loop 1604. It's small but efficient and quite helpful. I ordered a tasteful floral arrangement for a friend who was interred by Porter Loring. He had many friends in the area, and my arrangement from The Last Straw stood out with others as well. I included several pictures which tell the story of a small florist that provides in a big way."
