"I was so excited to receive such a beautiful arrangement and more excited that I would be able to smell the flowers for the next few weeks. I rec'd my flowers on Friday and came back to work Saturday they were already wilting by Monday the sunflowers were nearly dead and the roses had all collapsed. I called spoke with Joseph he said he would send another arrangement out on Tuesday. I was more so disappointed as the arrangement was much smaller and was not as prominent as the first one. The rose already have yellowing on the ends and I am just bummed. Sorry I cant smell the roses.."

"I ordered a corsage for a prom and I ordered it two days prior to prom and was told it could be ready by noon on prom day. Very pricey might I add. So the day before prom I get about 3 or 4 voice mails saying that I need to go for it cause there's other people that are calling for those. It was the type of call saying come for it now or else. So I picked it up day before prom since they kept calling me to go for it. I placed it in the fridge right away and left it there till my son was to give it to his date. My son said that the rose on the corsage just fell apart when they walked into the venue. So they took pics but all she had on her wrist was the elastic band with ribbon and greenery. I was very disappointed. Waste of money."

"The day of our anniversary (Saturday), wanted to get a dozen roses delivered to a restaurant where we were eating later that day. Called several other Florists but the response was 'No, we're closing at 2 (or whatever) and we don't deliver that late'. But Daisy at Rose Boutique, after taking some time to determine what arrangement etc I wanted, suggested that, while they did close earlier in the day, (a couple hours before our reservation) they could deliver the flowers to the Restaurant, confident that they would hold them for me. She also volunteered to put water receptacles on the bottom of each stem so the flowers would stay their freshest. All said and done, just as promised. My wife loved them and the whole evening. Thank you Daisy and Rose Boutique!"
