"I went in a paid for a specific style and color of flower, was brought certain flowers for my approval and was given something completely different than what I asked for. I paid extra for these changes and no one contacted me to assure that the changes for correct and true. The flowers and spray was for my grandfathers funeral, I did not appreciate the lack of customer service displayed here. I even paid for them the day I ordered them. I don’t understand what was so hard about complying with my request that I paid extra for? On top of that when I was asking questions about the arrangements and flowers the older lady in front with the thin brows was rude and dismissive. We don’t all love our jobs but it’s not my fault you work there, I came in to buy my grandpa flowers for his funeral not be be treated like that and ignored when making request that cost a total of 200.00? Do better."

"Ok so I got flowers delivered and they didn’t match the picture. So I called and kinda expressed my concern, and I didn’t expect much because honestly why would I? People are crazy these days. Yeah no. I got a call back, and the whole thing was such a fantastic experience. They made a whole new beautiful bouquet and delivered it at the exact time they said they would (both times!). They offered to do it on a Saturday too if that worked better for me. Fantastic. The second bouquet was amazing and the card was exactly what I asked for. Shout out to Crystal for her impeccable work and for making this whole situation not only pleasant but also for restoring my faith in humanity! Thanks y’all. I really appreciate it!"
