"We are “deepy” disappointed in the flower arrangement that we paid for. For starters, the ribbon was atrociously made. The phrasing we asked for was “Deeply missed, forever loved.” But that is far from what we got. Words were misspelled, the letters placement was crooked, a heart emoji was inappropriately used in place of “loved”, and it looked like the letters were either cut out and pasted onto the ribbon by a child - or someone was too lazy to remove the negative space around the letters so that they actually looked like letters. When we asked about the ribbon, we were told “Sometimes letters fall off” - please tell me how the “L” fell off of “Deeply” or the “ED” fell off of “missed” when there was no space for them to begin with. The arrangement itself looks NOTHING like what we had ordered. There was more accent greenery than actual flowers in the “arrangement” we received. Blame was placed on the funeral home staff for the missing flowers instead of the flower shop taking responsibility for the end product and at least issuing us an apology. If flowers are no longer the responsibility of the shop after they are delivered to the funeral home, then a photo of them should have been be taken at moment of the delivery and sent to the purchaser as proof of both delivery and quality - even Amazon does this. This has been a very heartbreaking and stressful time for us and this “arrangement” was both horribly insulting and embarrassing. If we had known beforehand the quality of work that would be done, we’d have donated the money to a charity in memory of our loved one instead."

"I am deeply disappointed with the funeral bouquet we received from this service. At such a sensitive time, the last thing we needed was to be let down. The bouquet looked nothing like what was advertised, and the ribbon had glaring misspellings and looked like it was done by a child. This added unnecessary stress to an already difficult day. I strongly advise against using this service, as it fails to meet even the most basic expectations during such a crucial moment."

"This is garbage!! The owner has not taken responsibility for this mess. Zoom in on the ribbon. Who wrote this? Who looked at it before it went out? $200 dollars for these weeds is ridiculous. And again all we get is excuses. Owner had the gall to blame the funeral home. This is ridiculous. There are no excuses."
