"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the customer service provided the franchise owner of the San Antonio Edible Arrangements stores. To my understanding it is just one family who owns all 4 stores. Despite multiple requests for a return phone call from the store owner, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. The issue began on February 13, 2024, when I placed an online order with the Edible Arrangements franchise. However, to my dismay, I later discovered that the franchise I ordered from had been closed down for months, but the online store website is still operating. As a result, I was left in the dark with no updates on the status of my paid in full fruit order for a staggering six days. What is even more perplexing is the fact that despite the closure of the franchise store, the phone line remains functional as well as the ordering and payment system. Whenever I called the stone oak store it rings and prompts me to leave a voicemail after approximately four-minute wait time. After 4 days of calls, voicemails and no response, I have taken the initiative to contact two different franchises in the hopes of resolving my concerns and receiving the necessary assistance. On 2/22/24 I was able to have the order transferred to another store and from there the service by Lesie at the Fredericksburg store was great. However, to my dismay, the owner has still made no effort to contact me or provide any insight into how this mishap occurred. The lack of response and failure to address my concerns from the franchise owner not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also tarnishes the reputation of the Edible Arrangements brand. Lastly, I urge the franchise owners to address the issue with online ordering from closed store location to ensure that other customers do not face similar challenges in the future."

"Placed an order 3 days prior for a Valentines Day delivery. Not only did the order never arrive - but I was never contacted by Edible Arrangements about the delay. Apparently this location was shut down, but it did not stop the website from charging my card. It was extremely painful to make contact with anyone to get an update and eventually request a refund because the customer service algorithm just redirects to the store. Will never be purchasing from Edible Arrangements again."

"Edible Arrangements scam? Placed an order for a wedding a week in advance, when I arrive at the store it’s completely abandoned and a mess. No notice or any signage. i was shocked and frustrated, this store looks like it hasn’t functioned properly in ages. Why are you accepting orders and taking peoples money? Edible arrangements has lost my business and I recommend others go elsewhere. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS."

"If I could leave a 0/10 I would. Ordered from here because edible arrangements defaults the pickup location to this store. Little did I know that I would have this much trouble with this location. Apparently they aren’t servicing at the moment but yet are still taking orders. Of course I’ll be going through my bank to get a refund but I wanted to inform others to steer clear"

"BUYER BEWARE: Here’s the detail I just left on their refund request online form for an order never delivered. I went by your store and you all have a maintenance sign posted. I took a picture of it as evidence of also the timestamp, which was well within your business hours posted on your website you should not be accepting orders if you are not open for business. No wonder you did not answer my multiple attempts to call you today and the number you have posted is the store number that you’ll never answer. I have called your headquarters in GA and I have already disputed the charge with Frost Bank for no merchandise received. Now I know why you have the reviews you do and I will report you to the business bureau as well because it is apparent y’all are duping customers out of money I expect a full refund or I will continue to push. Whoever the franchise owner is, you will lose your business soon given these types of business practices."
