"Flowers were great, but the delivery was extremely late. Placed my order before valentines day, and I was told the flowers would be delivered before noon. The order was delivered at almost 4pm. After calling the business at around 1pm and 2pm, I was told that the flowers should have already beed delivered. Bad communication between the shop and the delivery man. It is also good to note that the delivery address was only about an 8-10min drive from the flower shop."

I went in this morning to get a sympathy arrangement for a friends wife and they were able to get one made for me in less than 30 mins so I wouldn't have to make 2 trips to the shop.
